John has a significant track record of experience in major real estate deals and transactions throughout EMEA. with a total transactional value of approximately £9,4 billion / $12,7 billion / ZAR200 billion in the past 15 years during his time at Balanced-View, and his previous role at CBRE in London where he was Executive Director of Corporate Capital Markets & Corporate Strategies. Prior to this, John was the Managing Director for a New York-based Private Equity Fund, where he gained a wealth of knowledge of structured corporate finance.

Sam has spent the past several years working in the South African Real Estate market in strategic roles at Broll and Balanced-View, and analytical roles for Brightsky Capital, a Private Equity Fund.

He has transacted on numerous different projects throughout EMEA, predominantly on the African Continent, where he has advised Bank and Corporates on how to best monetize and release optimum value from their Real Estate portfolios.
