Balanced View was founded in 2016 by John and Sam Wilson to fill a gap in markets where the larger real estate consulting groups were not focussing. As the larger groups started to go down an integrated FM and advisory route, the infrastructure costs in certain markets were not seen to be commercially rewarding enough for them. Their focus now lies on key commercial cities in well established/older economies where they layer services.

Since conception, our business strategy and model has remained clear and unchanged. That is to provide market leading real estate consulting services to our clients in an independent, bespoke, cost-effective, and efficient manner – especially when compared with our competition. Clients include: Major Corporates/Multinational Companies, Banks, Government/State-Owned Entities.

Whilst we work in a number of regions, we have a particular focus on the African continent. It is within this market that we have identified a niche and a strong demand for our services. This is due to a lack of many sufficiently skilled or knowledgeable service providers within the markets in this region. We are also active in the UK, Europe, and the Far East.

Our goal is to continue providing the alternative, specialist, niche approach of our services to the market through our small, lean business model. Where required, we are able to contract additional professionals who are highly-skilled within their respective niches. These professionals plug into the back end of our services. All such professionals come with a proven track record through previous experience, working alongside and in collaboration with Balanced View team.
